Terms of Service

No legal entity has been registered for this product. These terms are provided for informational purposes. They will become legally binding only when the operator supplies the entity name, address, and jurisdiction. Until then, use of the product is on an "as is" basis, as described below.

1. Nature of the service

Pinpointjson is a diagnostic tool for JSON parsing and API response analysis. It accepts a URL or pasted JSON text and returns a structured forensic report. The product is in development and is provided without any warranty or guarantee of availability, accuracy, or completeness.

2. No accounts or stored data

Pinpointjson does not have user accounts. No data you submit (URLs, JSON, or diagnostic results) is stored, logged, or retained on the server. Pasted JSON text is processed entirely in your browser. See the privacy policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pinpointjson to:

Probe internal or private network addresses (the Worker explicitly blocks loopback, private, link-local, and cloud metadata addresses)
Send excessive or abusive requests that degrade the service for others
Attempt to bypass the security controls built into the tool (URL validation, redirect limits, host filtering)
Use the tool for any unlawful purpose

4. Service limitations

You acknowledge the following limitations of the service:

The Cloudflare Worker cannot reach hosts behind Cloudflare's own network. Those domains will report as unreachable.
Port 25 is blocked by the Cloudflare platform. Email-related checks on port 25 are not possible.
The service has no email sender. It cannot notify you of results or schedule re-checks.
The service has no payment processor. Pricing pages show planned prices; no purchases can be made.
The service has no persistent storage. Results are displayed on-screen only.

5. Billing

No payment processor is connected. The plans described below are the intended billing terms for when payment is live. No purchases can currently be made. The pricing page will state clearly when payments are enabled.

Plans. Pinpointjson offers a Free plan (no charge, up to 50 diagnoses per day, core diagnosis features) and a Pro plan at $12 per month (unlimited diagnoses, verdict reliability indicators, full forensic report with raw body preview). The product has no user accounts and no persistent storage — each diagnosis is independent and ephemeral. The features listed on the pricing page define the current planned scope.

Billing period. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the first day of each billing period. There are no annual or multi-year commitments — cancel at any time.

Failed payments. If a card payment fails (declined, expired, insufficient funds), we retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. Pro access is suspended during the retry period and restored once the charge clears. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and your access reverts to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made. No early-termination fees apply.

Refunds. Because the service is billed monthly, there are no refunds for partial months. If you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for billing errors or duplicate charges are issued on request.

Price changes. Prices may change in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. No warranty

This product is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The diagnostic output is informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational decisions. The operator disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Pinpointjson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on the site.

9. Governing law

No jurisdiction has been designated. The governing law and dispute venue will be specified when a legal entity is registered.
